A well-maintained campsite in a stunning location, situated in the heart of an impressive area designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. It lies directly on the Naeroyfjord and is run by the Dyrdal family. Naeroyfjorden Camping offers two rental rooms and a six-person cabin. Motorboats, canoes and SUP boards are also available for rent. Camping pitches (on both gravel and grass) are located right by the water and there is a dedicated area for tents. The sanitary facilities are relatively new. Naeroyfjorden Camping is situated in a valley at the end of a dead-end road, approximately 5km. from the main road (E16) in Gudvangen. At night, the only sound you hear is the waterfall on the opposite side of the fjord. Naeroyfjorden Camping is an excellent base for beautiful hikes—such as to Rimstigen or Bakkanosi—where the mountain summits offer unforgettable views.
