Moskenes Camping has excellent sanitary facilities, a small playground, free WIFI, a pub, a café-restaurant and boats are available for rent. In recent years, a lot of work has been done by the owners of Moskenes Camping. There are - seperated - gravel pitches available for campingcars and caravans. There is a special field for tent campers. The campsite is located on several terraces and a new plateau has recently been added. Not suitable for larger campers, but if you are traveling with a smaller campingcar across the Lofoten, then that is the most beautiful place on the campsite. In addition to the camping pitches, Moskenes Camping also has a small number of cabins.
When to go to the Lofoten?
The Lofoten islands has been very popular for a long time. Both with the Norwegians themselves and with foreign tourists. However, it has become even busier in recent years. It is therefore advisable to visit Lofoten outside the high season. So if you have the opportunity, visit Lofoten in May / June or August / September. Not only is there more availability at the campsites, you can also enjoy the beautiful nature in peace.
