Gjora Camping is located in a natural environment within walking distance of the village of Gjora. 30 Minutes drive from Oppdal and 30 minutes drive from Sunndalsora on the road “70”. This route connects the E6 with the west coast and is a popular link road to visit the town of Molde, the fishing village of Bud or the spectacular Atlanterhavsvegen. Gjora Camping is very popular with hikers and nature lovers, but also because of the walk to the nearby waterfalls of Amotan (see photo). Guided hiking tours are also organized from the campsite. Gjora Camping is located on the fast-flowing river Driva, where you can not only fish, but also go rafting and kayaking. In addition to the camping pitches – which are mainly situated on grass – a number of cabins are rented out at the campsite.
