In Andalsnes there are a large number of campsites, but Trollveggen Camping is located directly at the foot of the Trollveggen, a mountain of about 1,700 meters high with a vertical rock wall of more than 1,000 meters. The sanitary building is centrally located at the campsite. Completely in "Norwegian style" with all kind of vegetation on the roof. The camping pitches are situated on several terraces and for tents there are 2 beautiful fields near the river and the covered barbecue area. No tent, camper or caravan? Then choose one of the nice hytter. Booking in advance is desirable, because the nice cabins of Trollveggen Camping are popular and there are only a few cabins.

Walking and fishing

Trollveggen Camping is located directly on the Rauma River, one of the most famous salmon rivers in Norway. There are various fishing opportunities in the immediate surroundings. Want to walk? It is not really flat here, but along the river is a nice simple walk. Need bigger challenge? Mountains enough. Please inquire at the reception of Trollveggen Camping.
