The campsite has good sanitary facilities (including family bathrooms, a large kitchen that can be used by guests of the campsite, a steam bath, solarium and a sauna), a beautiful playground, a multifunctional sports field and a beach volleyball field (new 2021) and free WIFI. The campsite is on the Otta River, where you can swim and fish well.
Lom Stave Church
The beautiful Stavkirke van Lom dates from around 1160 and was subsequently restored a number of times. The church is located along the Otta River and is definitely worth a visit. Easy to do on foot from the campsite. And when you return to the campsite, walk past the Bakeriet of Lom (bakery). You should really try the "Kanelsnurrer" there. Great!
Visit Jotunheimen, Galdhopiggen
The pleasant town of Lom is very centrally located to visit various attractions. You can take a nice tour to Geiranger (a little more than 1.5 hours away), or take the "55" towards the Sognefjellet and the National Parks Breheimen and Jotunheimen Nasjonalpark are within easy reach. Jotunheimen Nasjonalpark houses the largest mountains in Norway and is no less than 3.500 km2 in size. The highest mountains are the Glittertind and the Galdhopiggen. The Galdhopiggen is the highest mountain in Norway (2.469 meters) and very popular with hikers. In 4 hours you can reach the top and you have a breathtaking view of the beautiful surroundings.

Then visit the Lom Activity Park, within walking distance of Nordal Turistsenter.
