Trysil Hyttegrend og Camping is an idyllically situated campsite with approx. 25 pitches and a large number of beautifully furnished cabins. The campsite is located directly on the Trysilelva river near the center of Trysil, one of the most popular winter sports resorts in Norway. But Trysil is also a popular destination in the summer, especially for lovers of hiking, mountain biking, and fishing. From the campsite, you have a beautiful view of the stunning surroundings.

The pitches at Trysil Hyttegrend og Camping are situated on grass. There are no assigned pitches, so just pick a nice spot. You can even camp right by the river (for example with a tent). Trysil Hyttegrend og Camping also features no fewer than 16 cabins with shower, toilet, TV and Wi-Fi, as well as single and double rooms and an 18-person family house. On the campsite, you will find a small beach, a cozy grill hut, a sauna, a playground with a trampoline and canoes and bicycles are available for rent.

Winter sports in Trysil
The Trysil winter sports area is the largest in Norway and very popular. In 2019, the Scandinavian Mountains Airport (38km.) opened just across the border in Sweden, making Trysil even easier to reach in the winter. The cabins at Trysil Hyttegrend og Camping are also available for rent in the winter. The ski bus stops at the campsite.

The area around Trysil Hyttegrend og Camping is very popular with hikers, anglers and mountain bikers. Various routes have been marked out in the mountains near Trysil and there is also a spectacular downhill course.
