Sorlandet Feriesenter in Risor in the Aust-Agder region

This very well maintained campsite is situated at a beautiful location on the south east coast of Norway, close to the lovely town of Risor. The campsite has paved and grass pitches which are situated on different terraces on the campsite. The cabins, rooms, bungalows and apartments (for 2 - 12 persons) also lie on different terraces. An absolute eye-catcher at Sorlandet Feriesenter is the beautiful (heated) swimming pool, complete with children's pool and sun loungers. The sanitary facilities are excellent and there is even special children's sanitair.

Swimming, fishing, walking and cycling in the Risor area

Due to its location directly on the fjord, there is plenty of water fun at Sorlandet Feriesenter. You can swim in the fjord and there is a nice beach. Would you rather go on the water? Kayaks and canoes can be rented at the campsite. Are you a fishing enthusiast? Then you are at the right place at Sorlandet Feriesenter. Boats are rented out at the campsite. If you prefer to go into nature, there is plenty of choice. The surrounding area is very suitable for making wonderful walks and bike rides. Various routes are available at the reception.

Sorlandet Feriesenter has many facilities. You will find a restaurant, a camping shop, a grill place, a café with a cozy terrace, a jumping pillow, table tennis, various sports and play facilities, mini golf, a beach volleyball court, a recreation room and you can hire go-karts and SUP-boards.

Sorlandet Feriesenter is located in a great area with nice coastal towns such as Risor, Lyngor, Tvedestrand, Kragero, Grimstad, Arendal, Lillestrom and the small island of Sandoya. And of course a visit to the nature attraction Jettegrytene - a river with waterfalls, natural slides (over rocks) and "water pits" in which the water is sometimes wonderfully warm - cannot be missed.

Also suitable as a first or last place to stay if you arrive or depart by ferry in Kristiansand.
