This well-kept and very quietly located campsite is a popular spot for people who love peace and want to enjoy nature. After arrival at the campsite you can choose a nice spot yourself. Relax in the sun, among the trees, on one of the many fields or directly on the beach. Enough choice. You can even spend the night in your hammock among the trees. The big attraction at Hornnes Camping is the beautiful sandy beach.

The campsite has very good sanitary facilities. There is a playground and the beach and the (shallow) water is of course also 1 large playground. There is free WIFI. Wonderful beach, kayaking and fishing
Hornnes Camping is located on a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water and beautiful sandy beaches. Your kids will enjoy themselves here, both on the beach and on the water. Kayaks and boats can be rented at the campsite. Nice to be on the water. What a rest! You can fish from the waterfront or from a boat on the Otra river.
Mineral parks, rafting and go-karting
Near the campsite you can visit Mineralparken. Here you will not only find an extensive collection (in a cave) of minerals, but also a large playground, terraces and eateries. Look for some more spectacle: at 4km. away from the campsite you can go karting and just north of Evje you will find TrollAktiv. Here you will find a large climbing park and you can go rafting.
Great location, 1st stop from Kristiansand
Hornnes Camping is a popular place to spend the night for campers arriving by ferry to Kristiansand. The campsite is in fact an hour's drive from the port of Kristiansand and from Hornnes Camping one goes further into Norway. Because of its central location, many campers stay after 1 night and choose Hornnes Camping as a base to explore the beautiful surroundings.
