At just over an hour from Kristiansand, Neset Camping is located in a beautiful environment. Located on a peninsula in the beautiful Setesdal. Surrounded by water, forests and mineral quarries. Boats and canoes for rent at the campsite. Nice view. Many facilities for children.
Besides various hytter Neset Camping has a large variety of camping pitches. Beautiful grass pitches on the large field or directly on the water (beach!). Paved places on the peninsula with a wonderful view. Or nice and cozy at a small bay on the campsite. For shopping you don’t need to leave the campsite, because the campsite has a small supermarket with daily fresh rolls. And a cozy terrace! And the sanitair? Very fine!
Neset Camping is surrounded on 3 sides by water. That makes Neset Camping a great place if you want to fish, swim or go out with a boat (for rent!). Through a small bridge you can relax and barbecue on an island. And sunbathing. Or enjoy the steamer Bjoren (from 1876) that sails regularly during the summer.
Neset Camping is for many campers in Norway a regular place to stay the night in Setesdal. Because if you arrive by ferry in Kristiansand, it's just over an hour's drive to Neset Camping (about 12km. north of Evje). Via the "9" you can drive into the Telemark region and then you can visit the fjords, the Hardangervidda or the beautiful city of Bergen.
