At Gullesfjord Camping:
The camping pitches are mainly hardened. If you arrive on time in the afternoon you have a chance to get a spot right on the water, because after that the campsite will fill up quickly (especially in high season). There is free internet / WIFI. For the children there is a small playground and a recreation room.
Sauna, swimming and walking:
After a long drive you can jump directly into the fjord at Gullesfjord Camping and swim. Or rent a pedal boat or rowing boat. And in the meantime enjoy the great view. At the sanitary building you can use a sauna. Wonderful walks from the campsite to the Snytindhytta and the Moysalen National Park are possible.
Restaurant, fish and fresh sandwiches:
During high season, the restaurant (self-service / small card) at Gullesfjord Camping is open to a limited extent. Prefer to eat under the canopy? No problem, takeaway meals are also available. If you arrive at the campsite on time, you can also fish in the fjord or in the river that runs past the campsite. And then drop your catch on the barbecue. Fresh bread rolls are available in the morning.
Visit Lofoten and Vesteralen:
If you want to visit the beautiful island group Lofoten and Vesteralen, you can of course take the ferry from Bodo (to Moskenes) or Skutvik (to Svolvaer), but you can also take the E10 from Bjerkvik (near Narvik) towards Gullesfjord. Many campers with caravans choose this last option, look for a nice spot at Gullesfjord Camping and then take so much time as they want to visit the Lofoten and Vesteralen.
